ECRIS 2024 in Darmstadt
BEVATECH had the pleasure of attending the ECRIS 2024 (International Workshop on Electron Cyclotron Resonance Ion Sources), which took place from September 16 to 19 in Darmstadt. Organized by the renowned GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH, the conference brought together leading scientists, engineers, and professionals from the global particle accelerator and ion source community.
Our BEVATECH booth was a destination for visitors looking to learn more about the latest advancements in accelerator technology, particularly in the field of ion sources. We used the opportunity to showcase our cutting-edge solutions in beam diagnostics and accelerator electronics, addressing the specific needs of various industries. We were on hand to answer questions about our technologies and their applications in research, medicine, and industrial settings.
One of the highlights was the engaging discussions we had with participants from international research institutions, universities, and industry. Many visitors expressed strong interest in our products, particularly for applications in heavy ion research and medical radiation therapy. These interactions sparked exciting conversations and laid the groundwork for potential collaborations.
ECRIS 2024 proved to be a valuable platform for us to strengthen existing partnerships and gain fresh insights for future developments. We extend our thanks to all attendees for the constructive exchanges and look forward to the exciting projects that will emerge from the new connections we established.
Our participation at ECRIS 2024 once again highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in the high-tech sector and reinforced BEVATECH’s role in this pioneering field.
